Peanut Butter Banana Fudge

You Will Need:

• 1 Large banana
• ½ Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
• ¼ Cup Coconut Oil
• 2 Tbsp Rice Malt Syrup
• Dash Pink Himalayan Salt
• Crushed Peanuts
• Small Saucepan
• Mixing bowl
• Silicone Patty Pans

Method:

• Using a fork, mash your banana in the mixing bowl
• Heat a small saucepan on low heat. Melt the coconut oil
• Add in the peanut butter and rice malt syrup. Stir until combine
• Remove from heat and pour in the mashed banana, add in a dash of pink salt
• Continue to stir until all ingredients are mixed well
• Using a tablespoon, spoon in two tablespoons per patty pan
• Place in freezer for a minimum of 2 hours to set. Can be left longer in freezer if required
• Remove from patty pans and garnish with crushed peanuts
• Serve immediately
• Store in freezer until ready to consume
